CUSTOM DESIGN

We warmly invite you in store for an initial consultation to discuss style and budget. Often at this stage we talk through gemstone options and offer insight and advice based on decades of industry experience.

Based on both your design and budget we source a selection of gemstones for you to view in store. Drawing on our extensive knowledge, we help guide you through the process of picking the perfect stone, just for you. We work with you and to your budget, using the gemstones and metal options available to us. There is no push for you to spend more and we’re committed to working together with you to craft the perfect ring within your budget.

Once the stone has been individually selected by you, we work with you to finalise the design. Then using traditional goldsmithing techniques, your custom piece of jewellery is hand-crafted for you in our on site workshop. You are invited to view the finished piece and from there any final adjustments can be made, until we have perfected your custom made piece.

Our handcrafted pieces all come with a certificate of value for your insurance company, along with our free jewellery cleaning and inspection service on items purchased from Jewellers Boutique.
